- Establish a Relationship: We encourage you to schedule a routine appointment to establish care with one of our veterinarians. This allows us to provide the best possible care for your pet, especially in the event of an emergency.
- Call Ahead: Please call us before arriving for any appointment, routine or emergency. This helps us prepare for your visit and reduce wait times.
- Payment at Time of Service: Copake Veterinary Hospital is a payment at the time of service practice. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience.
- Confirm Your Appointment: To ensure your appointment time is reserved, please confirm your appointment when contacted by our staff via phone or text message. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients.
- New Client Booking Policy: All initial appointments require a $50 booking fee to secure your time slot. This fee is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
